Qigong changed my life and
I want to share the practice so it can help change yours too

I had never heard of Qigong, but after a chance meeting with a friend of a friend at a cafe, I attended a weekend of it and it changed my life forever.

Over this weekend, it felt like a huge emotional burden lifting from my shoulders and I started to feel much lighter and calmer. I felt some real relief from my emotional struggle and some optimism and hope started to be experienced.

While there have been many life challenges since, Qigong has helped me feel more of what I was looking for - a sense of calm, more happiness and an internal feeling of ‘well-being’ - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I’m now passionate about passing on this practice to help others improve the quality of their lives also.

I don’t see this as replacing any existing practices or therapies people may be engaging with, but more as a complementary health practice.
