These 75 minute classes are suitable for people completely new to Qigong and also those wanting to reconnect with the practice.

In this class, there is a particular focus on the Heart to relieve stress/ anxiety and increase happiness and connection with ourselves, and the Liver to shift anger and frustration.

This class includes basic breathing and ‘grounding’ meditations to relax the body, quieten the mind and strengthen energy flow.

In the course you’ll learn:

  • Meditation techniques

  • How to calm and centre your mind

  • How to clear emotional blockages and build your Qi (energy)

  • About shifting emotions like anxiety, stress, anger and worry

  • Practical ways to feel grounded and in the body
